Beneath the shadows of the moon
I wander aimlessly
across the sand, along the shore,
to think in privacy.
The waters roll and spray a mist,
the salt air wraps my soul,
my cluttered thoughts begin to sort
and clarity unfolds.
The silent, gliding gulls above
portray a spirit free,
and I, at peace within myself,
stroll on in harmony.
